After your 14-day free trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't select a plan, your widgets will be paused but your data will be saved for 30 days. No credit card is required to start your trial.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

A chat is counted each time a visitor starts a new conversation with your AI assistant. Multiple messages within the same conversation count as one chat. System messages and greetings are not counted.

We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit. You can either upgrade your plan or enable overage billing. Your widgets won't stop working immediately—we give you a grace period to make a decision.

Refunds are available within 3 days of your first purchase if you've sent less than 20 messages through your chat widget(s). EU/UK customers have 14 days, and some countries have 7 days.
